This notice covers the elsolve.co.uk website, published by ELSOLVE LTD. It describes the site exactly as it behaves. Work delivered to clients is governed by the engagement contract and its data-processing terms, not by this notice, and the ELSOLVE application has its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics measures page visits only after you actively consent. Until then, the Google Analytics library is not loaded and no analytics request is sent. If you accept, Google may set analytics cookies and receive the page address, device and browser details, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interaction information. ELSOLVE uses property G-4PP5JJZKM9. Advertising storage, signals and personalisation remain disabled.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard request logs - IP address, user agent, timestamp and the address requested - to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. Those logs are held by Vercel under its own retention periods.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those files directly from Google, which discloses your IP address and user agent to Google. If analytics is accepted, the browser also connects to Google Analytics as described above.
If you email, book a call or send a WhatsApp message, that service and ELSOLVE receive whatever you choose to send. Those are your choices to make, and each service applies its own privacy policy.
Why. Request logs exist to operate and secure the website. Enquiry correspondence exists to answer you and, if it goes further, to run the working relationship. The lawful basis for those activities is legitimate interests. Optional Google Analytics is used to understand page use and improve the site; its basis is consent.
Your choice. Accepting analytics is optional. Rejecting it does not limit the website. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings button shown on every page. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and removes the analytics cookies accessible to this site.
How long. Correspondence is kept while it is needed for the enquiry or the relationship it becomes, and for as long as tax and company-law records require after that. Hosting logs expire on the provider’s schedule. Your analytics choice stays in local browser storage until you change it or clear site data. If accepted, Google Analytics cookies can remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or delete them sooner.
Who else sees it. The processors behind this site and its contact routes: Vercel (hosting), Google (font delivery and, with consent, Google Analytics), Cal.com (if you book a call), WhatsApp (if you message), and the provider of ELSOLVE’s business email. Some operate outside the UK; transfers rely on the safeguards those providers publish. Your data is not sold or shared with anyone else.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data ELSOLVE holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how it is used, or ask for it in a portable form.

If you are unhappy. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Raising it with ELSOLVE first is welcome but not required.
Changes. If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to optional tracking require a fresh consent choice.
